Anime Drawing Programs?

Well I am considering buying Sai paint now that my trial has ended as I don't want to download a cracked version on my new laptop...but now that I think about it, it's really the only program I have ever tried. Anyone know of any other nice programs I can play around with before I consider buying anything?
I want something relatively easy to use that lets me trace over drawings easily like Sai Paint does. I just want to see what's out there before I pay money for something is all ;p

Curing a bad mood

Anyone got any tips for things one can do when in a down mood. I just feel off sometimes and just kinda really hate it. I do exercise sometimes or draw and sometimes even sleep...yet I just feel like I'm in a bad mood more often lately and don't know what to do about it :/
